Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING EN TOTO THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) BOARD AS ENUNCIATED UNDER ITS BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 002-2021" WHEREAS, the City Commercial Center (C3) Board, during its board meeting held on 05 January 2021, passed and enacted Resolution No. 002-2021, entitled: "A resolution Recommending to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod allowing the former eight (8) tenants of the Food Court at the ground floor to occupy any vacant area of the 2nd and 3rd floor with the same discount of 70% to be retroactive by the time the Food Court Leaseholders were transferred from the first floor to the third floor of the City Commercial Center;" WHEREAS, the above-mentioned Board Resolution was anchored on the request of all former tenants of the food court at the ground floor area of the City Commercial Center (C3), duly represented by one of the former tenants in the person of Mr. Bado, to be allowed to occupy and lease any vacant area of the food court at the 2nd and 3rd floor instead; WHEREAS, this body, after careful perusal and evaluation and, finding no legal impediment thereto, deems it reasonable and practicable to approve and adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as this body hereby approves and adopts en toto the recommendation of the City Commercial Center (C3) Board as enunciated under its Board Resolution No. 002-2021, which, in gist, allowed the former identified eight (8) tenants of the food court at the ground floor area of the C3 to occupy and lease any vacant area of the food court at the 2nd and 3rd floor and providing for a Seventy Percent (70%) discount to be reckoned from the time the leaseholders were transferred to the 3rd floor. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished the City Commercial Center (C3) Board through Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co, in his concurring capacity as Chairman of the C3 Board; and the Manager-City Commercial Center (C3), for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANINOUSLY.
