Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING EN TOTO THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) BOARD AS ENUNCIATED UNDER ITS BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 001A-2021" WHEREAS, the City Commercial Center (C3) Board, during its board meeting held on 05 January 2021, passed and enacted Resolution No. 001A-2021, entitled: "A Resolution Recommending to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod that Engineer Jame Tan Chua, owner of Triple J Fast Food Ventures Corporation and Franchisee of Red Ribbon Establishment, be granted of his Letter of Intent to Rent the Area they presently occupied at the Food Court of the First Floor of C3, with an area of Fifty (50) square meters, for a period of Four (4) years, to commence on January 1, 2021, subject to other existing rules and regulations of the lease and their stall rental overpayment in the amount of P56,519.55 as of December 2020 to be credited to their upcoming bills"; WHEREAS, given the information that the former occupants of the said area were informed of the intent of Engr. Jame Tan Chua with no objection as long as they will be given a chance to rent any of the vacant stalls available to any food courts of the 2nd and 3rd floor of the C3 Mall with the same discount of 70% on the monthly rentals, this body, finding no legal impediment thereto, deems it reasonable and practicable to approve and adopt the C3 Board's recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as this body hereby approves and adopts en toto the recommendation of the City Commercial Center (C3) Board as enunciated under its Board Resolution No. 001A-2021. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished the City Commercial Center (C3) Board through Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co, in his concurring capacity as Chairman of the C3 Board; and the Manager-City Commercial Center (C3), for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANINOUSLY.
