Pameron) "A RESOLUTION RECALLING RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0705 PASSED AND ENACTED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD (13TH CITY COUNCIL) DURING ITS 53RD REGULAR SESSION HELD ON 16 SEPTEMBER 2020 AND, DECLARING THE SAME TO BE INOPERATIVE AND INEFFECTIVE" WHEREAS, this august body, during its 53rd Regular Session held on 16 September 2020, adopted Resolution No. 2020-0705, entitled: "Adopting en toto the recommendation of the City Commercial Center (C3) Board as enunciated under its Board Resolution No. 17, series of 2020 and, thereby, approving the reversion of the food court at the ground floor of the City Commercial Center (C3) to its original classification as for rental/lease in the approved plan and the spaces thereat be returned to the original tenants/renters/lessees;" WHEREAS, information has it that the owner of Triple J Fast Food Ventures Corporation and Franchisee of Chowking and Red Ribbon establishments, through a letter of intent, has sought to continue occupy the areas under the new terms and conditions as for rent/lease, which request has been favorably considered by the City Government of Pagadian; WHEREAS, with the recent development and, finding no legal impediment thereto, it is thus necessary to recall Resolution No. 2020-0705 to pave the way for the forging of a new contract or agreement by and between the concerned parties; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to recall, as this body hereby recalls Resolution No. 2020-0705 passed and enacted by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (13th City Council) during its 53rd Regular Session held on 16 September 2020 and, declaring the same to be inoperative and ineffective.
