RESOLUTION NO. 2021-0930 Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01, S. 2021 (ANNUAL BUDGET) OF BARANGAY SANTO NINO, THIS CITY, AND DECLARING THE SAME TO BE OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Santo Nino, this City, enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, s. 2021, involving the amount of Eight Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand One Hundred (P8,772,100.00) Pesos representing its total budget for Calendar Year 2021 and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, s. 2021 (Annual Budget) of Barangay Santo Nino, this city, and declaring the same to be operative and in full force and effect. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the concerned Sangguniang Barangay through its Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
