RESOLUTION NO. 2021-0921 (Sponsored by: Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture and Committee on Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform) "A RESOLUTION ENACTING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 056 AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-466, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE ESTABLISHED LECHON INDUSTRY AT BARANGAY SAN PEDRO, THIS CITY, AS LECHONAN SA PAGADIAN AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND (P50,000.00) PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ESTABLISHMENT AND INSTALLATION OF MARKERS"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 056, authored by the Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Established Lechon Industry at Barangay San Pedro, this city, as Lechonan sa Pagadian and Appropriating the Sum of Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) Pesos for the Construction, Establishment and Installation of Markers", has been thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes, hence, its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to enact, as this body hereby enacts Draft Ordinance No. 056 as City Ordinance No. 2021-466 entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Established Lechon Industry at Barangay San Pedro, this city, as Lechonan sa Pagadian and Appropriating the Sum of Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) Pesos for the Construction, Establishment and Installation of Markers."
