RESOLUTION NO. 2021-0920 (Sponsored by: Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture and Committee on Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 056, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE ESTABLISHED LECHON INDUSTRY AT BARANGAY SAN PEDRO, THIS CITY, AS LECHONAN SA PAGADIAN AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND (P50,000.00) PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ESTABLISHMENT AND INSTALLATION OF MARKERS" AND SCHEDULING THE SAME FOR THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 056 entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Established Lechon Industry at Barangay San Pedro, this city, as Lechonan sa Pagadian and Appropriating the Sum of Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) Pesos for the Construction, Establishment and Installation of Markers" the passage and consideration of which was favorably recommended by the Committees on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture and Committee on Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform, upon which the matter was referred for preliminary evaluation, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, on Second Reading, the body, knowing the fact that the said Draft Ordinance has undergone and complied with all the required processes, deems the same sufficient so as to warrant its treatment and further consideration on Third and Final Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 056 entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Established Lechon Industry at Barangay San Pedro, this city, as Lechonan sa Pagadian and Appropriating the Sum of Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) Pesos for the Construction, Establishment and Installation of Markers" and scheduling the same for Third and Final Reading.
