RESOLUTION NO. 2021-0919 (Sponsored by: Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 058 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-465, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE CAVERN AT BARANGAY DATAGAN, THIS CITY, AS PAGADIAN KENDIS CAVE AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P100,000.00) PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ESTABLISHMENT AND INSTALLATION OF MARKERS"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 058 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 058 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-465, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Cavern at Barangay Datagan, this city, as Pagadian Kendis Cave and Appropriating the Sum of One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) Pesos for the Construction, Establishment and Installation of Markers."
