RESOLUTION NO. 2021-0918 (Sponsored by: Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 058, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE CAVERN AT BARANGAY DATAGAN, THIS CITY, AS PAGADIAN KENDIS CAVE AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P100,000.00) PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ESTABLISHMENT AND INSTALLATION OF MARKERS" WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 058, which provisions accordingly suit the perceived needs based on current situation as manifested by the Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture, through its Committee Report No. 276; WHEREAS, following a thorough deliberation on the said draft, this body finds the same to have thoroughly addressed the perceived needs and concerns thus allowing its consideration in the next stage of the legislative mill is imperative at this point; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 058, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Cavern at Barangay Datagan, this city, as Pagadian Kendis Cave and Appropriating the Sum of One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) pesos for the Construction, Establishment and Installation of Markers."
