RESOLUTION NO. 2021-0917 (Sponsored by: Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 057 ON THIRD READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-464, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE WATERFALLS AT BARANGAY ALEGRIA, THIS CITY, AS PAGADIAN ALEGRIA FALLS AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P100,000.00) PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ESTABLISHMENT AND INSTALLATION OF MARKERS" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 057, authored by Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Waterfalls at Barangay Alegria, this city, as Pagadian Alegria Falls and Appropriating the Sum of One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) pesos for the construction, establishment and installation of markers," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to adopt, as this body hereby adopts Draft Ordinance No. 057 on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2021-464, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Waterfalls at Barangay Alegria, this city, as Pagadian Alegria Falls and Appropriating the Sum of One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) Pesos for the Construction, Establishment and Installation of Markers.
