RESOLUTION NO. 2021-0916 (Sponsored by: Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 057, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE WATERFALLS AT BARANGAY ALEGRIA, THIS CITY, AS PAGADIAN ALEGRIA FALLS AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P100,000.00) PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ESTABLISHMENT AND INSTALLATION OF MARKERS" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 057 on second reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading Draft Ordinance No. 057, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Waterfalls at barangay Alegria, this city, as Pagadian Alegria Falls and Appropriating the Sum of One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) Pesos for the construction, establishment and installation of markers.
