Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE SUBSTANCE OF RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0080 AND SHALL HEREINAFTER BE KNOWN AS: "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY APPRAISAL COMMITTEE IN ITS RESOLUTION NO. 1, S. 2019, AND AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO NEGOTIATE AND OFFER FOR SALE THE CITY GOVERNMENT-OWNED REAL ESTATE PROPERTY KNOWN AS LOT NO. 2851 UNDER ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 0-3,776, LOCATED AT SAN FRANCISCO DISTRICT, THIS CITY, PURPOSELY TO GENERATE FUND SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT/CONSTRUCTION/DEVELOPMENT OF VARIOUS GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS/SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITY AND LOT AQCUISITION, WHICH CONTRACT OF SALE, HOWEVER, SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE CONFIRMATION OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD"" WHEREAS, this body, during its 6th Regular Session held on August 14, 2019, adopted Resolution No. 2019-0080 entitled: "A Resolution adopting the recommendation of the City Appraisal Committee in its Resolution No. 1, s. 2019, and authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to negotiate and offer for sale the City Government-owned real estate property known as Lot No. 2851 under Original Certificate of Title No. 0-3,776, located at San Francisco District, this city, purposely to generate fund solely and exclusively for the establishment/construction/development of a modern sports complex for the City of Pagadian, which Contract of Sale, however, shall be subject to the confirmation of the Sangguniang Panlungsod;" ` WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, the Honorable City Mayor proposed for the modification of the substance of the foregoing resolution particularly on the use/utilization of the proceeds of the sale which shall include the establishment, construction and development of various government buildings, sports and recreational facility and lot acquisition; WHEREAS, this body, finding the forgoing proposition meritorious and beneficial to the delivery of basic services for the general interest of the public, deems it imperatively necessary to approve the same, hence, this modification; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to modify, as this body hereby modifies the substance of Resolution No. 2019-0080 and shall hereinafter be known as: "A Resolution Adopting the Recommendation of the City Appraisal Committee in its Resolution No. 1, s. 2019, and Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to Negotiate and Offer For Sale the City Government-Owned Real Estate Property known as Lot No. 2851 Under Original Certificate of Title No. 0-3,776, located at San Francisco District, this city, Purposely to Generate Fund Solely and Exclusively for the Establishment/Construction/Development of Various Government Buildings/Sports and Recreational Facility and Lot Acquisition, which Contract of Sale, however, shall be subject to the confirmation of the Sangguniang Panlungsod."
