RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0893 (Sponsored by: Committee on Ecology) "A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE APPLICATION OF MR. LANCE SAMUEL F. CO FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF LSC INDUSTRIAL SAND AND GRAVEL PROJECT AT BARANGAYS TULANGAN, DANLUGAN AND GUBANG, ALL OF THIS CITY, PROVIDED THAT ALL PERTINENT REQUISITES UNDER EXISTING LAWS AND ORDINANCES RELATIVE THERETO ARE DULY COMPLIED WITH" WHEREAS, Mr. Lance Samuel F. Co, with reference to his intention to establish and operate an Industrial Sand and Gravel Project in Barangays Tulangan, Danlugan and Gubang, all of this city, sought the support and endorsement of this August Body in securing the necessary government permits and clearances; WHEREAS, the concerned Committee, to which the foregoing matter was referred for initial evaluation and consideration, finds no legal impediment for the establishment and operation of the project provided, however, that the pertinent provisions of applicable national laws and local ordinances be essentially complied with as pre-requisites to its establishment and operation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to interpose no objection, as this body hereby interposes no objection to the application of Mr. Lance Samuel F. Co for the establishment and operation of LSC Industrial Sand and Gravel Project at Barangays Tulangan, Danlugan and Gubang, all of this city, provided that all pertinent requisites under existing laws and ordinances relative thereto are duly complied with. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, this City; Mr. Lance Samuel F.
