RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0873 (Sponsored by: Committee on Education, Science and Technology and Accreditation of NGO's and PO's and Committee on Commerce, Trade and Industry and Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives) "A RESOLUTION ACCREDITING AND RECOGNIZING THE TRANSNATIONAL ANTI-ORGANIZED CRIME-INTELLIGENCE GROUP (TAOC-IG) REGION IX MABUHAY CREDIT COOPERATIVE, AS A NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the TAOC-IG Region IX Mabuhay Credit Cooperative, a non-government organization duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), applied for accreditation with the City Government of Pagadian so as to enable it to pursue its partnership with the government, to assist individuals to keenly take part in the economic development of the communities where they belong; WHEREAS, the body, after a diligent consideration of the recommendation of the Committee on Education, Science and Technology and Accreditation of NGO's and PO's, and Committee on Commerce, Trade and Industry and Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives to which the foregoing concern was jointly referred, finds the foregoing application in order after having complied with all documentary requisites sought for under City Ordinance No. 2010-304 and other laws relating to the accreditation of non-government, people's and other organizations; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to accredit and recognize, as this body hereby accredits and recognizes the Transnational Anti-Organized Crime-Intelligence Group (TAOC-IG) Region IX Mabuhay Credit Cooperative, as a non-government organization in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the TAOC-IG Region IX Mabuhay Credit Cooperative, through its Chairperson, Mr. Jerry S.
