RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0868 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 013 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2008-12-2020, ENTITLED"AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE BILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT MILLION (P1,368,000,000.00) PESOS AS CALENDAR YEAR 2021 BUDGET OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN TO BE TAKEN FROM THE ESTIMATED INCOME AS CERTIFIED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE TO BE REASONABLY COLLECTIBLE"" WHEREAS, the Executive Budget for Calendar Year 2021 of the City Government as submitted to this body for consideration has, upon scrutiny and evaluation, been found to address the over-all operational needs as well as priority plans, programs and projects of the city for the succeeding year; WHEREAS, this body's legislative approval as provided for under Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is necessary to effect its utilization and implementation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve and ordain, as this body hereby approves and ordains Appropriation Ordinance No. 2008-12-2020, entitled: "An Ordinance Appropriating the sum of One Billion Three Hundred Sixty Eight Million (P1,368,000,000.00) Pesos as Calendar Year 2021 Budget of the City Government of Pagadian to be taken from the estimated income as certified by the Local Finance Committee to be reasonably collectible".
