RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0865 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2021 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CY 2021 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN" WHEREAS, among the specific plans and projects attached to the CY 2021 Annual Investment Plan is the indicative Annual Procurement Plan for the various needs and requirements of the different departments and/or offices of the City Government of Pagadian; WHEREAS, after thorough evaluation and consideration of the said Annual Procurement Plan, it was found out to be most responsive and practically addresses the needs of the different offices of the city government, thus this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the Annual Procurement Plan of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2021 in accordance with the CY 2021 Annual Investment Plan. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through His Honor, Vice Governor Roseller A. Ariosa, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action; to the City Development Council through the City Planning and Development Coordinator in his capacity as Head of the CDC Secretariat, to the Chairman of the Local Finance Committee; and to the Honorable City Mayor, this City, for their information and guidance.
