RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0840 (Sponsored by: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION FIXING THE MARKET VALUE OF THE PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY MS. CHARITY C. ULIDE, KNOWN AS LOT B-3-A WITH AN AREA OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,000) SQUARE METERS, COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 131-2019000767, AT ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (P165.00) PESOS PER SQUARE METER AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR TO MAKE AN OFFER TO BUY THE SAME" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod (13th City Council), by virtue of Resolution No. 2020-0818, declared, Lot No. B-3-A, owned by Ms. Charity C. Ulide, with an area of 15,000 square meters, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 131-2019000767 as indispensable, for the implementation of the City Government's proposed expansion of the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center site in Barangay Balintawak, this city; WHEREAS, for purposes of acquisition, this body, taking into consideration the appraisal set by the City Appraisal Committee, through its Resolution No. 18, S. 2020, deems it in order to fix and set the market value of the above-described parcel of land in the amount of One Hundred Sixty-Five (P165.00) Pesos per square meter; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to fix, as this body hereby fixes the market value of the parcel of land owned by Ms. Charity C. Ulide, known as Lot B-3-A with an area of Fifteen Thousand (15,000) square meters, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 131-2019000767, at One Hundred Sixty-Five (P165.00) Pesos per square meter and authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to make an offer to buy the same. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his immediate favorable consideration; to the City Legal Officer and the Executive Director-Pagadian Regional Center Management and Coordinating Office, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
