RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0838 (Sponsored by: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO ENTER, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE GREAT CZAR MEDIA PRODUCTIONS, REPRESENTED BY MR. CEASAR SORIANO, WITH REFERENCE TO THE AVAILMENT OF THE PRODUCTION SERVICES THROUGH SUBSCRIPTION OF A ONE (1)-HOUR TIME SLOT EPISODE OVER PEOPLE'S TELEVISION NETWORK (PTV 4) PURPOSELY TO PROMOTE THE PLANS, SERVICES, OPERATIONS, PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, in line with this present administration's effort and desire to intensify information campaign through the promotion of various plans, services, operations, programs and projects including its accomplishments, the City Government of Pagadian and the Great Czar Media Productions has agreed to concertedly pursue the promotion of the city's programs, services, operations, projects, and accomplishments as well as the best practices through the People's Television Network (PTV 4) live streaming by subscribing a one (1)-hour time slot episode; WHEREAS, to ensure the successful pursuance of such endeavor, there is thus a need for the formal forging of an Agreement where the duties and responsibilities of both parties have been stipulated--such that the Honorable City Mayor sought for legislative authority to enter into the same, which request merited the support and concurrence of this august body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to enter, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, into an Agreement with the Great Czar Media Productions, represented by Mr. Ceasar Soriano, with reference to the availment of the production services through subscription of a one (1)-hour time slot episode over the People's Television Network (PTV 4) purposely to promote the plans, services, operations, programs, projects and accomplishments of the City Government of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his information and favorable consideration; to the City Legal Officer; and the Great Czar Media Production, through Mr. Ceasar Soriano, for their information, guidance and appropriate action.
