RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0836 (Co-Sponsored: Committee on Commerce, Trade, and Industry, Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives; Committee on Ways and Means; and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO ALLOW THE TEMPORARY USE/UTILIZATION BY THE PAGADIAN-ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY FOUNDATION, INCORPORATED (PZCCIFI) OF A VACANT SPACE AT THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3), AS THEIR OFFICE WITH FREE RENTAL AS WELL AS THE COST OF THE COMMON UTILITY SERVICE AREA (CUSA)" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor, in consideration of the letter-request from the Pagadian-Zamboanga del Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Incorporated (PZCCIFI) for the provision of vacant space where they can transfer their office in lieu of the vacated office space at the Taclobo Stage which is now undergoing repair and renovation, proposed to temporarily allocate the vacant space at the Second Floor of the City Commercial Center (C3), free of charge and endorsed the same to this august body for appropriate consideration; WHEREAS, the body, after careful perusal and evaluation through the concerned Committees-to which the foregoing matter was initially referred-and finding the proposal of the City Chief Executive cogently practical and reasonable, deems it prim and proper to authorize the temporary use of the vacant space at the second floor of the City Commercial Center (C3) as office space of the PZCCIFI free of rental as well as the cost of the Common Utility Service Area (CUSA); NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to allow the temporary use/utilization by the Pagadian-Zamboanga del Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Incorporated (PZCCIFI) of a vacant space at the second floor of the City Commercial Center (C3), as their office with free rental as well as the cost of the Common Utility Service Area (CUSA). RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, for his information and appropriate consideration; to the Manager, City Commercial Center (C3); and to the Pagadian - Zamboanga del Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Incorporated (PZCCIFI) through its President, Ms. Hazel J.
