RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0835 (Sponsored by: Committee on Commerce, Trade, and Industry, Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives; Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation; Committee on Market and Slaughterhouse/Dressing Plants; and Committee on Ways and Means) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 055 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-463, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING ALL ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE FACILITIES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREOF"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 055, authored by the Committee on Commerce, Trade, and Industry, Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives; Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation; Committee on Market and Slaughterhouse/Dressing Plants; and Committee on Ways and Means, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; WHEREAS, finding no legal impediment for its further consideration, its enactment is deemed appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 055, on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City ordinance No. 2020-463, entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing Rules and Regulations Governing All Economic Enterprise Facilities of the City Government of Pagadian and Providing Penalties Thereof".
