RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0834 (Sponsored by: Committee on Commerce, Trade, and Industry, Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives; Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation; Committee on Market and Slaughterhouse/Dressing Plants; and Committee on Ways and Means) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 055, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING ALL ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE FACILITIES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREOF" ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, this Honorable body, after thorough deliberation of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 055 on Second Reading, finds the measure very significant and most valid, practical and for the best interest of public under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 055, entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing Rules and Regulations Governing All Economic Enterprise Facilities of the City Government of Pagadian and Providing Penalties Thereof" on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third and Final Reading.
