RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0833 (Sponsored by: Committee on Women and Family Welfare and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 054 ON THIRD READING AND ADOPTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-462, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE RECONSTITUTING THE LOCAL COMMITTEE ON ANTI-TRAFFICKING AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN (LCAT-VAWC) FOR THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PRESCRIBING ITS COMPOSITION AND FUNCTIONS, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 054, entitled: "An Ordinance Reconstituting the Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC) for the City of Pagadian, Prescribing its Composition and Functions, Providing Funds Thereof and for Other Purposes" was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 054 on Third Reading and adopting the same as City Ordinance No. 2020-462, entitled: "An Ordinance Reconstituting the Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC) for the City of Pagadian, Prescribing its Composition and Functions, Providing Funds Thereof and for Other Purposes."
