RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0832 (Sponsored by: Committee on Women and Family Welfare and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 054, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE RECONSTITUTING THE LOCAL COMMITTEE ON ANTI-TRAFFICKING AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN (LCAT-VAWC) FOR THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PRESCRIBING ITS COMPOSITION AND FUNCTIONS, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 054 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 054, entitled: "An Ordinance Reconstituting the Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC) for the City of Pagadian, Prescribing its Composition and Functions, Providing Funds Thereof and for Other Purposes" on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
