RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0830 (Sponsored by: Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture and Committee on Infrastructure, Public Bidding and Community Development) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 053, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE WOODLAND AND WATERFALLS AT BARANGAY MANGA, THIS CITY, AS PAGADIAN FOREST PARK AND MANGA FALLS, RESPECTIVELY, AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P100,000.00) PESOS" ON SECOND READING AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 053 on Second Reading as sponsored by the Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture and Committee on Infrastructure, Public Bidding and Community Development, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, this body deems the draft sufficient in form and that the substance thereof is urgent and necessary so as to warrant its further treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 053, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the Woodland and Waterfalls at Barangay Manga, this city, as Pagadian Forest Park and Manga Falls, Respectively, and Appropriating the Sum of One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) pesos" on Second Reading and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading.
