RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0821 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING TO BE OPERATIVE IN ITS ENTIRETY, RESOLUTION NO. 2020-02, FROM THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY DAO, ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 02 OF BARANGAY DAO, PAGADIAN CITY, FOR THE PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES (PPAS) RELATED TO CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dao, this City, enacted Resolution No. 2020-02, series of 2020, which, in gist, approved their SK Supplemental Budget 02 involving the amount of Four Hundred Thousand (P200,000.00) Pesos for use as priority programs, projects and activities related to overcoming COVID-19 and submitted the same for approval by this Honorable Sanggunian pursuant to Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, series 2019, dated 23 January 2019, issued by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the National Youth Commission (NYC); WHEREAS, the said legislation, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned committee, has been found to have considerably conformed with the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-074 and the DBM Local Budget Circular No. 124 both in relation with incapacitating COVID-19 Pandemic; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares to be operative in its entirety, Resolution No. 2020-02 from the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dao, entitled: "A Resolution Approving the Supplemental Budget No. 02 of Barangay Dao, Pagadian City, for the priority programs, projects and activities (PPAS) related to Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dao, through its SK Chairperson, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
