RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0804 (Sponsored by: Committee on Tourism Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 051, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY NAMING THE HIGH TERRAIN CIRCULAR AND/OR SPHERE-SHAPED AREA AT BARANGAY DAO, THIS CITY, AS PAGADIAN ROTUNDA HILLS AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P100,000.00) PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ESTABLISHMENT AND INSTALLATION OF MARKERS" ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 051 on second reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the discussion on the substance of the said legislation during the Committee Report No. 254 of the joint Committees on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture and on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 051, entitled: "An Ordinance Officially Naming the High Terrain Circular and/or Sphere-Shaped Area at Barangay Dao, this city, as Pagadian Rotunda Hills and Appropriating the Sum of One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) pesos for the Construction, Establishment and Installation of Markers" on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
