Pameron) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR FINAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (FDP) AND/OR BUILDING PERMIT OF HOUSING CONSTRUCTION WITH PRELIMINARY APPROVAL FOR LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE (PALC) OF LISON VALLEY TRIBAL VILLAGE SUBDIVISION PROJECT INVOLVING PORTION OF A PARCEL OF LAND COVERED BY A CERTIFICATE OF ANCESTRAL DOMAIN TITLE (CADT) NO. RO9-PAG-1206-055, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 30,766 SQUARE METERS, WITH 100 LOTS/UNITS, SITUATED AT BARANGAY LISON VALLEY, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, the application for Final Development Permit (FDP) and/or Building Permit of Housing Construction (Residential Subdivision with Housing Component) with Preliminary Approval & Locational Clearance (PALC) of the Lison Valley Tribal Village Subdivision, represented by Mr. Benjamin B. Vidal, situated at Barangay Lison Valley, this city, was favorably submitted to this body for consideration and appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; WHEREAS, after thorough review and evaluation by this body, in coordination with the City Planning and Development Office, the same application has been found to be in order so as to merit approval subject, however, to the pertinent laws and issuances governing the same; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the application for Final Development Permit (FDP) and/or Building Permit of Housing Construction with Preliminary Approval & Locational Clearance (PALC) of Lison Valley Tribal Village Subdivision Project involving a total land area of 30,766 Square Meters, with 100 lots/units, situated at Barangay Lison Valley, this city, as herein specified, viz: Project Name : Lison Valley Tribal Village Subdivision Lot No./Title No. : Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title (CADT) No. R09-PAG-1206-055 Lot Area : 30,766 Square Meters No. of Lots/Units : One Hundred (100) RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished the City Planning and Development Coordinator, this City, and the Regional Director, HLURB, Regional Field Office, Cagayan de Oro City, for their information and subsequent action.
