RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0776 (Sponsored by: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 052, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE STRENGTHENING BARANGAY NUTRITION PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN BY PROVIDING FOR A BARANGAY NUTRITION SCHOLAR IN EVERY BARANGAY; PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES", ON SECOND READING AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, the Committee on Health & Social Services presented Draft Ordinance No. 052, entitled, "An Ordinance Strengthening Barangay Nutrition Program in the City of Pagadian by Providing for a Barangay Nutrition Scholar in every barangay; providing funds thereof; and for other purposes," for consideration on Second Reading by this August Body; WHEREAS, this body, finding such legislation essential and beneficial to each barangay of the city, deems it appropriate to proceed with its further consideration and deliberation on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 052, entitled, "An Ordinance Strengthening Barangay Nutrition Program In The City Of Pagadian By Providing For A Barangay Nutrition Scholar In Every Barangay; Providing Funds Thereof; And For Other Purposes," on Second Reading and for its consideration on Third Reading.
