RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0758 (Sponsored by: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 049, ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE GUIDELINES FOR NON-PHARMACEUTICAL INTERVENTIONS (NPIs) MEASURES FOR NEW NORMAL TO PREVENT AND CONTROL COVID-19 WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF PAGADIAN CITY" ON SECOND READING AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, the Committee on Health & Social Services presented Draft Ordinance No. 049, entitled, "An Ordinance Adopting the Guidelines for Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions (NPIs) measures for New Normal to Prevent and Control Covid-19 within the territorial jurisdiction of Pagadian City," for consideration on Second Reading by this August Body; WHEREAS, this body, finding the specified guidelines contained thereat vital and responsive to the over-all protection of the city, deems it appropriate to proceed with its further consideration and deliberation on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 049, entitled, "An Ordinance Adopting the Guidelines for Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions (NPIs) measures for New Normal to Prevent and Control Covid-19 within the territorial jurisdiction of Pagadian City," on Second Reading and for its consideration on Third Reading.
