Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO SIGN, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, THE DEED OF DONATION IN FAVOR OF THE PAROLE AND PROBATION ADMINISTRATION-DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (PPA-DOJ), WITH REFERENCE TO THE CITY GOVERNMENT-OWNED PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS LOT 3, BLOCK 11, CONTAINING AN AREA OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN (1,567) SQUARE METERS, SITUATED AT THE PRESIDENT CORAZON C. AQUINO REGIONAL CENTER SITE IN BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY, FOR USE AS SITE OF ITS REGIONAL OFFICE 9" WHEREAS, with the desire and intention to fully implement the transfer of all Regional Offices from Zamboanga City to Pagadian City, the City Government, by virtue of the authority granted by the Sangguniang Panlungsod through Resolution No. 2009-0691, grants, by way of Deeds of Donation, to the transferring regional offices the allocation and distribution of the areas within the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center site situated at Barangay Balintawak, this City; WHEREAS, the City Government has identified and allocated Lot 3, Block 11 thereat as site for the Parole and Probation Administration Regional Office 9 after considering its space requirements; WHEREAS, a Deed of Donation for the purpose was endorsed to this body by the Honorable City Mayor with a request for authority to correspondingly sign the document formalizing the allocation of the area which document, upon review, is deemed in order; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to sign, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, the Deed of Donation in favor of the Parole and Probation Administration (PPA-DOJ), with reference to the City Government-Owned parcel of land known as Lot No. 3, Block 11, containing an area of One Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Seven (1,567) square meters at the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center site in barangay Balintawak, this city, for use as site of its Regional Office 9. RESOLVED, FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his reference and appropriate action, the City Legal Officer; to Dr. Manuel G. Go, Administrator, Parole and Probation Administration, DOJ Agencies Bldg., NIA Rd., Corner East Ave., Diliman, Quezon City; OIC-Regional Director, Ruth C. Perucho, Parole and Probation Administration Regional Office 9; and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
