RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0746 (Sponsored by: Committee on Ways & Means) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 050, ON THIRD READING AND ENACTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO.2020-456, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE FURTHER EXTENDING THE GRANT OF AMNESTY TO ALL REAL PROPERTY TAXPAYERS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN PARTICULARLY ON THE PAYMENT OF THE INTEREST, PENALTIES AND SURCHARGES INCURRED FROM DELINQUENT TAX PAYMENTS/ACCOUNTS UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2020" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 050 was thoroughly considered by this August Body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Troy B. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 050, on Third Reading and enacting the same as City Ordinance No. 2020-456, entitled: "An Ordinance Further Extending the Grant of Amnesty to all Real Property Taxpayers in the City of Pagadian particularly on the payment of the interest, penalties and surcharges incurred from delinquent tax payments/accounts until December 31, 2020."
