RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0744 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 011 ON THIRD READING AND ENACTING THE SAME AS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2006-10-2020, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF SIXTY-EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND (P68,590,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, this body, during the consideration on Second Reading of the substance and merits of Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 011 as sponsored by the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, finds the same relevant and applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 011 which was passed to cover specified Priority Programs, Projects and Services of the City Government involving a total appropriation of Sixty-Eight Million Five Hundred Ninety Thousand (P68,590,000.00) Pesos-the availability of which is certified by the Committee on Finance & Appropriations-had undergone approval on Second Reading; WHEREAS, this body deems it in order to take action on the same with reference to the need to pursue such priority plans, programs, projects and activities not covered under the CY-2020 Annual Budget of the City Government; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve and enact, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 011 on Third Reading and enacts Appropriation Ordinance No. 2006-10-2020, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring the Sum of Sixty-Eight Million Five Hundred Ninety Thousand (P68,590,000.00) Pesos as Available for Appropriation pursuant to the Certification issued by the Local Finance Committee and appropriating the same amount for specified priority programs, projects and expenditures of the City Government of Pagadian."
