RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0741 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 046, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE CO-TERMINUS POSITIONS OF THREE (3) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT II, SALARY GRADE 17, AND ONE (1) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT III, SALARY GRADE 20, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION, OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, DEFINING ITS DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR" AND FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 046 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 046, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating The Co-Terminus Positions Of Three (3) Executive Assistant II, Salary Grade 17, and One (1) Executive Assistant III, Salary Grade 20, under the Administrative Division, Office of the City Mayor, Defining its Duties, Functions and Responsibilities and Providing Funds Therefor," and for consideration of the same on Third Reading.
