RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0739 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 045 ON SECOND READING, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF ONE (1) RESPIRATORY THERAPIST I, SALARY GRADE 11, UNDER THE PAGADIAN CITY INFIRMARY AND SETTING THE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AS WELL AS THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION," AND FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 045 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure quite vital, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 045, entitled: "An Ordinance creating the position of one (1) Respiratory Therapist I, Salary Grade 11, under the Pagadian City Infirmary and setting the qualification requirements as well as the functions, duties and responsibilities for this position," and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
