Pameron) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 044 ON THIRD READING AND ENACTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-453, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATIONS OF PEDDLING, SOLICITING, AND ITINERANT MERCHANTS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 044, co-authored by Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron and Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, has been thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolves to approve Draft Ordinance No. 044 on Third Reading and enacting the same as City Ordinance No. 2020-453, entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating the Operations of Peddling, Soliciting, and Itinerant Merchants in the City of Pagadian."
