RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0736 (Co-Sponsored by: Committee on Commerce, Trade & Industry, & Economic Enterprise & Cooperatives; Committee on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation; and Committee on Agriculture, Fishery & Agrarian Reform) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 044, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATIONS OF PEDDLING, SOLICITING, AND ITINERANT MERCHANTS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN," ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 044 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the introduction of some necessary amendments proposed by the concerned committees during its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body approves Draft Ordinance No. 044, entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating the Operations of Peddling, Soliciting, and Itinerant Merchants in the City of Pagadian," on Second Reading and for consideration of the same on Third Reading.
