RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0730 (Sponsored by: Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (SAIP) NO. 06, CALENDAR YEAR 2020, OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN INVOLVING PRIORITY PLANS, PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SIXTY-EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND (P68,590,000.00) PESOS AS ADOPTED BY THE CITY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor forwarded to this august body Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 06 for CY-2020 involving the total amount of Sixty-Eight Million Five Hundred Ninety Thousand (P68,590,000.00) Pesos as approved by the City Development Council through its Resolution No. 2020-13-the availability of which is to be taken from the proceeds of the Sale of Asset and Reversion of Current Appropriations- which contained therein a listing of various continuing appropriation in response to existing priorities and basic needs of the city; WHEREAS, this august body, following a thorough evaluation and consideration of the various projects contained and, after finding the same to be urgently necessary and relevant to the priority development programs of the City Government, deems it appropriate to adopt the same for the benefit of the general public; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R.
