CORDOVA, Ph.D., CESO VI, OFFICER IN-CHARGE, PAGADIAN CITY SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT, ADDRESSED TO REGIONAL DIRECTOR ISABELITA M. BORRES, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION-REGIONAL OFFICE NO. IX, FOR THE CREATION OF ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT IN THE PAGADIAN CITY SCHOOLS DIVISION OFFICE, FOR INFORMATION AND APPROPRIATE CONSIDERATION" WHEREAS, with a significant increase of enrolment in the elementary and secondary level for School Year 2020-2021 in the Pagadian City Division and, considering the 1,982 teaching and non-teaching personnel, Dr. Danny B. Cordova, Ph.D., OIC-Pagadian City Schools Division Superintendent, in a letter addressed to the Regional Director of the DepEd-Regional Office 9, sought for the creation of additional position of Assistant Schools Division Superintendent in the Pagadian City Schools Division Office so as to help decongest the scope and coverage of monitoring and instructional supervision as well as streamline the delivery of quality basic education as prescribed in Republic Act 9155; WHEREAS, while this august body acknowledges the initiative undertaken by the Pagadian City Schools Division Superintendent as it considers the same laudable and worthy of support, however, it is but appropriate and logical at this point in time to forward the foregoing matter to the Pagadian City Schools Board to ensure that the same is consistent with the city's priority development thrust and programs for quality basic education, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to officially forward, as this body hereby officially forwards to the Pagadian City Schools Board the letter-proposal of Dr. Danny B. Cordova, Ph.D., CESO VI, Officer In-Charge, Pagadian City Schools Division Superintendent, addressed to Regional Director Isabelita M. Borres, Department of Education-Regional Office No. IX, for the creation of additional position of Assistant Schools Division Superintendent in the Pagadian City Schools Division Office, for information and appropriate consideration. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Pagadian City Schools Board through the Honorable City Mayor, in his concurring capacity as Chairman of the Board, for information and appropriate action; and to Dr. Danny B.
