Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 026, ON FINAL READING AND ENACTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-452, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE PAGADIAN CITY MEAT INSPECTION SERVICE (PCMIS), PROMULGATING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ITS OPERATION, PRESCRIBING FEES AND RATES OF ITS SERVICES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 026 on First and Second Reading, deems it necessary to approve the measure on 3rd and Final Reading for all purpose and intent; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 026, on Third Reading and enacting the same as City Ordinance No. 2020-452, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing The Pagadian City Meat Inspection Service (PCMIS), Promulgating Rules And Regulations For Its Operation, Prescribing Fees And Rates Of Its Services, And Providing Penalties For Violations Thereof."
