RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0727 (Sponsored by: Committee on Agriculture, Fishery & Agrarian Reform) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 026, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE PAGADIAN CITY MEAT INSPECTION SERVICE (PCMIS), PROMULGATING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ITS OPERATION, PRESCRIBING FEES AND RATES OF ITS SERVICES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF" ON SECOND READING AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, further deliberation on Second Reading of Draft Ordinance No. 026, entitled: "An Ordinance establishing the Pagadian City Meat Inspection Service (PCMIS), promulgating rules and regulations for its operation, prescribing fees and rates of its services, and providing penalties for violations thereof" has fine-tuned the provisions of the draft; WHEREAS, the draft, as it currently stands, embodies the necessary provisions and policies which the body deems applicable in relation to the city's meat inspection system to ensure safety and quality of meat/meat products for human consumption; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approves, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 026, entitled: "An Ordinance establishing the Pagadian City Meat Inspection Service (PCMIS), promulgating rules and regulations for its operation, prescribing fees and rates of its services, and providing penalties for violations thereof" on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
