RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0722 (Sponsored by: Committee on Education, Science & Technology & Accreditation of NGOs & POs) "A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING AND ACCREDITING THE PANALANGIN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED (PHAI), AS A NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Panalangin Homeowners Association, Incorporated (PHAI), with office address at Purok Mahayahay, Barangay Dao, this city, and a duly registered with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), applied for accreditation as a legitimate organization existing and operating in Pagadian City pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991; WHEREAS, the Committee on Education, Science, Technology & Accreditation-to which the foregoing matter was initially referred-recommended favorable action on the application after having verified that the credentials submitted by PHAI substantially complied with the requisites stipulated under City Ordinance No. 2010-304; WHEREAS, this body supports the recommendation with the view of generating the widest community participation in the government's pursuit for accelerated socio-economic development in the countryside; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to recognize and accredit, as this body hereby recognizes and accredits the Panalangin Homeowners Association, Incorporated (PHAI), as a non-government organization in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Mr. Ryan T. Villaflores, President-Panalangin Homeowners Association, Incorporated (PHAI); the City Local Government Operations Officer; the City Planning & Development Coordinator; and to the Honorable City Mayor, all of this city, for their information, guidance and reference.
