WITH REFERENCE TO HIS APPLICATION TO DEVELOP A SUBDIVISION WITH HOUSING COMPONENT FOR THE HIGHLAND VILLAGE SUBDIVISION INVOLVING LOT NO. 4385-B, PSD 09-025019, TCT NO. 131-2017001257; AND LOT NO. 4385-C, TCT NO. 131-2017000909, CONTAINING A TOTAL AREA OF 32,370 SQUARE METERS, WITH 196 LOTS/UNITS, SITUATED AT BARANGAY DANLUGAN, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, an application for Final Approval & Development Permit of Subdivision with Housing Component for Highland Village Subdivision, owned by Mr. Cesar S. Dacal, Sr., involving Lot No. 4385-B, Psd 09-025019, TCT No. 131-2017001257, and Lot No. 4385-C, TCT No. 131-2017000909, has been transmitted to this body; WHEREAS, after thorough review and evaluation by this body, in the coordination of the City Planning and Development Office and the concerned SP Committee, the same application has been found to be in order so as to merit approval subject, however, to the pertinent laws and issuances governing the same; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to grant, as this body hereby grants Final Development Permit to Mr. Cesar S. Dacal, Sr. with reference to his application to develop a Subdivision with Housing Component for the Highland Village Subdivision Project, located at Barangay Danlugan, this City, as herein specified, to wit: Owner : Highland Village Subdivision Lot Nos. : 4385-B & 4385-C Lot Area : 32,370 Square Meters No. of Lots/Units : One Hundred Ninety-Six (196) One Hundred Twenty Eight (128) lots with housing Component and Sixty Eight (68) lots only RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished the City Planning and Development Coordinator, this City, and the Regional Director, HLURB, Regional Field Office, Zamboanga City, for their information and subsequent action.
