RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0703 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 041, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE CO-TERMINUS POSITION OF PRIVATE SECRETARY II, SALARY GRADE 15, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR; DEFINING ITS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES; AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, during the consideration and evaluation on Second Reading of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 041 the passage and consideration of which was favorably recommended by the Committee on Finance and Appropriations upon which the matter was referred for preliminary evaluation, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable in the present circumstances; WHEREAS, on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment and further consideration on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 041, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating the Co-terminus Position of Private Secretary II, Salary Grade 15, under the Administrative Division of the Office of the City Mayor; Defining its Duties and Responsibilities; and Appropriating Funds therefor," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
