Pameron, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 040 on Third Reading and enacting the same as City Ordinance No. 2020-449, entitled: "An Ordinance Amending City Ordinance No. 2019-423, entitled: "An Ordinance Adopting An Updated Pagadian City Investments, Incentives And Promotion Code of 2019," particularly the period within which to avail of the grant of incentives until March 2021."
