RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0696 (Sponsored by: Committee on Commerce, Trade & Industry, Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives; and on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation) A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 040, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE PERIOD OF AVAILMENT ON THE GRANT OF INCENTIVES/PRIVILEGES STIPULATED AND/OR SPECIFIED UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2019-423, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN UPDATED PAGADIAN CITY INVESTMENTS, INCENTIVES AND PROMOTION CODE OF 2019" UNTIL MARCH 31, 2021," ON SECOND READING AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 040 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 040, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for an extension of the period of availment on the grant of incentives/privileges stipulated and/or specified under City Ordinance No. 2019-423, entitled: "An Ordinance Adopting an Updated Pagadian City Investments, Incentives and Promotion Code of 2019" until March 31, 2021" on Second Reading and for its consideration on Third Reading.
