Quicoy) A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DONATION OF ONE (1) UNIT MOTOR VEHICLE TO THE BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION (BFP), PAGADIAN CITY FIRE STATION, FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE IN THE RESCUE AND OTHER OFFICIAL PUBLIC SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND SIGN, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, THE DEED OF DONATION FOR SUCH PURPOSE" WHEREAS, the City Government of Pagadian is the registered owner of a certain motor vehicle which is particularly described as follows: Make: Mitsubishi Engine No.: 4D56UAW6094 Series : L200 C/C 2.5D 2 Chassis No.: MMBYNKJ30KH015192 Type of Body: FB Plate No.: No Plate Available CR No.: 35292692-1 MV FILE No: 1001-00000428700 WHEREAS, in consideration of the request of the Bureau of Fire Protection through the Pagadian City Fire Marshall, the Honorable City Mayor, as a manifestation of the City Government's intention to provide necessary support to help improve the Pagadian City Fire Station's capability to effectively perform its mandate, proposed to donate one (1) unit motor vehicle for use in rescue purposes as well as other official public services; WHEREAS, the body, upon careful perusal and evaluation, and finding no legal impediment thereto, deems it appropriate to clothe the Honorable City Mayor with the necessary authority to represent the City Government in the formal forging of such Deed of Donation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the donation of one (1) unit motor vehicle to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Pagadian City Fire Station, for the exclusive use in the rescue and other official public services, and authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to execute and sign, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, the Deed of Donation for such purpose. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; the City Legal Officer; and CINSP Dionisio T.
