RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0693 (Sponsored by: Committee on Ways and Means) A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 038 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-448, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE FURTHER RECLASSIFYING THE STALLS IDENTIFIED AS FOR RENTAL/LEASE IN ALL FLOOR LEVELS OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) AND PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDED RATES OF RENTAL THEREFOR AND, THEREBY, AMENDING PARAGRAPH (a) OF SECTION 4, UNDER ARTICLE IX OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2009-288 AND SECTION 1 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2015-349" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 038, sponsored by the Committee on Ways and Means, has been thoroughly considered by this august body and its merits, importance and relevance were procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; WHEREAS, as this body finds no legal impediment for its further consideration, its enactment is deemed appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Troy B. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 038 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2020-448, entitled "An Ordinance Further Reclassifying The Stalls Identified As For Rental/Lease In All Floor Levels Of The City Commercial Center (C3) And Providing For An Amended Rates Of Rental Therefor And, Thereby, Amending Paragraph (a) Of Section 4, Under Article Ix Of City Ordinance No. 2009-288 and section 1 of city ordinance no. 2015-349" APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
