RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0692 (Sponsored by: Committee on Ways and Means) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 038, ENTITLED: " "AN ORDINANCE FURTHER RECLASSIFYING THE STALLS IDENTIFIED AS FOR RENTAL/LEASE IN ALL FLOOR LEVELS OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) AND PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDED RATES OF RENTAL THEREFOR AND, THEREBY, AMENDING PARAGRAPH (a) OF SECTION 4, UNDER ARTICLE IX OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2009-288 AND SECTION 1 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2015-349" WHEREAS, this body, during the consideration on Second Reading of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 038 as sponsored by the Committee on Ways and Means, finds the same most relevant and applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, this body finds the draft sufficient in form and that the substance thereof is urgent and necessary in establishing more appropriate regulations in the use of the subject area/facility so as to warrant its further treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Troy B. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading and for its consideration on Third Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 038, entitled "an ordinance further reclassifying the stalls identified as for rental/lease in all floor levels of the city commercial center (C3) And Providing For An Amended Rates Of Rental Therefor And, Thereby, Amending Paragraph (a) Of Section 4, Under Article Ix Of City Ordinance No. 2009-288 And Section 1 Of City Ordinance No. 2015-349" APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
