RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0691 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 010 ON THIRD READING AND ENACTING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2005-09-2020, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF THIRTY-FOUR MILLION (P34,000,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, this body, during the consideration on Second Reading of the substance and merits of Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 010 as sponsored by the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, finds the same relevant and applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 010 which was passed to cover specified Priority Programs, Projects and Expenditures of the City Government involving a total appropriation of Thirty-Four Million (P34,000,000.00) Pesos as proposed by the Committee on Finance & Appropriations had undergone approval on Second Reading; WHEREAS, this body deems it in order to take action on the same with reference to the need to pursue such priority plans, programs, projects and activities not covered under the CY-2020 Annual Budget; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve and enact, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 010 on Third Reading and enacts Appropriation Ordinance No. 2005-09-2020, entitled "An Ordinance Declaring the Sum of Thirty-Four Million (P34,000,000.00) Pesos as available for appropriation pursuant to the Certification issued by the Local Finance Committee and appropriating the same amount for specified priority programs, projects and expenditures of the City Government of Pagadian.
