Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO SIGN, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, THE DEED OF DONATION IN FAVOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (DOH), WITH REFERENCE TO THE CITY GOVERNMENT-OWNED PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS LOT NO. 1, BLOCK 37, CONTAINING AN AREA OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND FIFTY-SEVEN (15,057) SQUARE METERS AT THE PRESIDENT CORAZON C. AQUINO REGIONAL CENTER SITE IN BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY, FOR USE AS SITE OF ITS REGIONAL OFFICE 9" WHEREAS, with the desire and intention to fully implement the transfer of all Regional Offices from Zamboanga City to Pagadian City, the City Government, by virtue of the authority granted by the Sangguniang Panlungsod through Resolution No. 2009-0691, grants, by way of Deeds of Donation, to the transferring regional offices the allocation and distribution of the areas within the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center site situated at Barangay Balintawak, this City; WHEREAS, the City Government has identified and allocated Lot No. 1, Block 37 thereat as site for the Department of Health-Regional Office 9 after considering its space requirements; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to sign, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, the Deed of Donation in favor of the Department of Health (DOH), with reference to the City Government-Owned parcel of land known as Lot No. 1, Block 37, containing an area of Fifteen Thousand Fifty-Seven (15,057) square meters at the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center site in Barangay Balintawak, this city, for use as site of its Regional Office 9. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his reference and appropriate action, the City Legal Officer; to His Honor, Secretary Francisco T Duque, Department of Health, San Lazaro Compound, Rizal Avenue, Santa Cruz, Manila; Regional Director Emilia P. Monicimpo, DOH-Regional Office 9; and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
