RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0676 (Sponsored by: Committee on Ways and Means) "A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY FORWARDING TO THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR, IN HIS CONCURRING CAPACITY AS CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMITTEE CREATED UNDER SECTION 4, ARTICLE IV OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2009-288, C3 BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 13, SERIES OF 2020, ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE HONORABLE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD TO AMEND SECTION 4(b), ARTICLE IX OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2009-288 AND RECLASSIFY STALL NO. FF-38 FROM CLASS "C" TO CLASS "D" ON THE GROUND FLOOR," FOR HIS APPROPRIATE CONSIDERATION" WHEREAS, this august body is in receipt of Resolution No. 13, series of 2020, from the City Commercial Center (C3) Board, entitled: "A Resolution Recommending to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod to amend Section 4(b), Article IX of City Ordinance No. 2009-288 and reclassify Stall No. FF-38 from Class "C" to Class "D" on the ground floor," for its appropriate consideration; WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, this body, in support of the information provided by the Committee on Ways and Means, to which the said matter was referred for preliminary action, deems it necessary to refer the foregoing concern to the appropriate Committee constituted pursuant to Section 4, Article IV of City Ordinance No. 2009-288, who has the mandate and sole authority to reclassify stall categories in all floor levels of the City Commercial Center, hence, forwarding the same to the Honorable City Mayor in his concurring capacity as Chairman of such Committee is most appropriate at this prevailing circumstance; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Troy B. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to respectfully forward, as it is hereby respectfully forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, in his concurring capacity as Chairman of the Committee created under Section 4, Article IV of City Ordinance No. 2009-288, C3 Board Resolution No. 13, series of 2020, entitled: "A Resolution recommending to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod to amend Section 4(b), Article IX of City Ordinance No. 2009-288 and reclassify Stall No. FF-38 from class "C" to class "D" on the ground floor," for his appropriate consideration. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, in his concurring capacity as Chairman of the Committee of the City Commercial Center, for his preferential consideration and favorable action; to the C3 Board; and to the C3 Manager, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
